Nicholas R. Urgesi

Nick Urgesi has resided in California’s Central Valley since 2001. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Fresno, and received his Juris Doctor from San Joaquin College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Urgesi served as a law clerk at Freedman Law and was subsequently hired as an associate attorney upon passing the California Bar Examination. He practices personal injury law in Fresno, California. Since 2021, Mr. Urgesi has been selected for inclusion in the Northern California Rising Stars list, an honor awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in the region. In 2023, he was also selected for membership in The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, an invitation-only distinction for select civil plaintiff and criminal defense trial attorneys.
