On Sunday April 8th, the Sanger Robotics Team better known as Uni-Rex 5817 won an ELITE award at the Central Valley Regional Competition called the Engineering Inspiration Award. With this award they were accepted to compete at the World Competition April 18-21 in Houston, Texas! This is a MAJOR accomplishment for Sanger, since they are a relatively new team. This impressive team has brought home prestigious awards every year since the team was formed.
